Beef and pork are taken to Chenoa Food Locker in Chenoa, Illinois for processing. This is a very well run USDA inspected facility. We will also take animals to Chuck's Locker in Ivesdale, Illinois if you prefer this state inspected processing plant, but we will only do this upon special request. We will notify customers when the animals are taken to the plant for processing, so a cutting order can be placed with the processor. In addition to live weight costs, customers will also pay a reasonable processing fee at the locker.

If you need an estimate of costs or have general questions please feel free to contact us. We will pick up your meat at the locker and bring it here to our farm for you, if you prefer coming here instead of going to the locker yourself.
