This is another great tasting meat offered on our farm. These pigs are not confined in crates or climate controlled buildings. They are raised on deep bedding and can dig until their hearts are content. All this exercise and Berkshire genetics produces a very juicy, flavorful product. Our second son, Luke, is in charge of the hog operation.
